the Environment and Health Fund (RA) (hereinafter: “the Fund”), a nonprofit organization
whose goal is to contribute to the national capacity to monitor, assess, and reduce risks to
human health stemming from the environment.
In these Terms of Use, “visitor” and/or “user” means: any person and/or corporation and/or
entity of any kind that makes any use of the Website.
Entry to and use of the Website, or any part thereof, is subject to the following Terms of
Use. Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. Access to the Website is
